Gerry Sosa

Gerry Sosa has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles focused on technology operations and business operations improvement. Gerry started their career at Citibank, where they managed operations and control in multiple branches and implemented system and procedural changes. Gerry then joined LaSalle Bank, where they oversaw technology within contact centers and banking centers and achieved budget goals every fiscal year. Gerry also led online banking customer service, contact center systems, and workforce management. At Bank of America, Gerry served as the Contact Center Business Operations Executive, leading projects to improve efficiency and the customer experience. Currently, they are the Technology Operations Director at PartsTrader LLC, overseeing IT infrastructure, vendor relationships, and new system implementations. Throughout their career, Gerry has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and driving results to achieve organizational goals.

Gerry Sosa is currently a Bachelor's degree candidate in Computer Science at DePaul University. Prior to their current educational pursuit, from 2001 to 2003, they obtained a Program Certificate from the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the Consumer Bankers Association.
