Jeremiah S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Jeremiah began their career in 2006 at Enservio, where they worked in various roles such as Field Inventory Specialist, Field Inventory Team Leader, Quality & Training Manager, National Service Manager, and National Account Manager. As National Service Manager, they managed customer accounts and ensured repeat business in a 13-state region. In their role as Field Inventory Team Leader, Jeremiah managed a team of project managers located throughout the country and developed performance metrics. Jeremiah also worked as a National Account Manager at Innovation Group North America from 2014 to 2015. Jeremiah then joined The Vollrath Company in 2015 as a Retail Account Manager/Private Label MFG Sales, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Jeremiah is a Senior Client Success Manager at PartsTrader LLC, responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the PartsTrader parts procurement process with enterprise and insurance carrier clients. Jeremiah serves as the primary point of contact for all customer activities from pilot through platform implementation.

Jeremiah S. holds an MBA in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremiah has also obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Organizational Leadership program at Harvard Business School Online. In 2021, they completed the Negotiation Mastery program, also at Harvard Business School Online. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Strategies for Developing Effective Presentation Skills from the American Management Association. Furthermore, they completed the Transition to Manager: A One-Week Boot Camp program at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional and Executive Development in the same year.
