Kevin Darke has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Kevin began their career as a Processing Geophysicist at Veritas DGC, Inc in 1994. In 1996, they joined Schlumberger as a Field Acquisition Geophysicist, where they were responsible for in-field processing and quality control of seismic data. Kevin also worked as a Reservoir Geophysicist at Schlumberger's UK head-office in Gatwick, managing time-lapse feasibility projects and AVO inversion studies.

Darke's role at Schlumberger expanded as they transitioned to Senior Reservoir Geophysicist and later became a Senior Reservoir Geophysicist - Consultant, advising clients on technical issues related to time-lapse studies and seismic data processing. Kevin made significant contributions in fluid movement monitoring and well repositioning projects, resulting in cost savings for the company.

In 2008, Darke took on the role of Reservoir Seismic Services Business Development Manager, where they established and grew a profitable business for Reservoir Seismic Services in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. Kevin also provided dedicated inversion and AVO studies for various clients, contributing to the exploration and production efforts of Ecopetrol and Petroamazonas.

In 2017, Darke joined PartsTrader LLC as a Software Tester.

Kevin Darke obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Geophysics at Durham University from 1992 to 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Darke also holds a certification as a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, which they obtained in May 2016.
