Shabana Wollin

Shabana Wollin serves as the Chief Scrum Master for Party City and holds several certifications, including CompTIA CTT, SAFe® SPC6, CSP-PO, and PMI-ACP®. In the role of Information Technology Product Solutions Delivery Leader, Shabana oversees the operations of the Communications Platform, focusing on Transactional Emails and SMS services. As Chief Scrum Master, responsibilities include leading the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), fostering an Agile Learning Culture, and supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. With extensive experience at Bluefrog Technologies LLC as Founding President and various senior roles in Agile transformation across multiple organizations, Shabana has a proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performance Agile teams dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. Shabana holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Marquette University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
