Alec Mitchell

Alec Mitchell is the Owner of BnB My Place, a leading short-term rental management company in Arizona since June 2020, and the CEO of Party Headphones, providing equipment rental services to enhance entertainment at various events since November 2018. Alec co-founded The Science of Mind Altering Medicine conference, aimed at educating the public on new developments in mind-altering medicines, from September 2022 to May 2023. Previous experience includes roles in new venture development at Go For Vertical, market analysis at Ursa Space Systems Inc., and coordinator for Rev Ithaca Startup Works at Cornell University. Alec has also worked in business development at Weaver Wind Energy, conducted independent contracting for Launch NY, and served as a teaching assistant for the MBA Capstone Course at Ithaca College. Alec holds a Bachelor's of Science in Communication Management and Design from Ithaca College, with additional education in Politics and outdoor pursuits from Camden County College and the University of Utah. Alec was a National Media Scholars Finalist at the Washington Media Scholars Foundation in 2012.
