Michael Evanisko

Mike joined PARx as Chairman in mid-2012 after successfully creating and growing several businesses over his career. Mike is responsible for helping to set the company’s strategic direction, organizational development, and investor liaison. Having been involved with the pharmaceutical industry for over 35 years, Mike co-founded Adheris and worked full-time at the company as Chairman from 2002 to 2008. Mike served on the Board of Directors of Quintiles Transnational Holdings from 2010 to 2016, and on the Board of Directors of IQVIA Holdings (a provider of health information, analytical technologies, and clinical research) from 2016 until 2020.

Prior to Adheris, Mike founded and served as the President of Vertex Partners, a strategy consulting firm focused on healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Vertex merged with Braun Consulting and launched a successful IPO in 1999.
