Ayman Baha

Ayman Baha is an experienced founder and investor currently leading Yawili Ventures, a consulting solution for early-stage companies, since January 2024. In addition to this role, Ayman has been an angel investor with Pasadena Angels since February 2023, driving innovation through start-up funding. Previous experience includes an analyst position at Wilshire from November 2021 to January 2024, and summer associate roles at Diverse Communities Impact Fund and Red Beach Advisors. Ayman began a career in finance as a financial analyst at Pasadena Private Finance in 2019, supporting capital raises. Ayman holds a degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, and Linguistics from the University of Virginia, where studies focused on consumer behavior, enhanced through a project management internship at Flat6Labs and an audiovisual engineering internship with the Muslim Public Affairs Council.
