Bruce Lathrop

Bruce Lathrop serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. and is the President and Co-Founder of MADIA Tech Launch Inc., a nonprofit incubator that supports the technical workforce in the Greater Los Angeles area. Lathrop has been a member of the Pasadena Angels, providing resources to early-stage ventures, and has held a position on the City Council of Bradbury since 2007. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Counsel at BUSINESS LEGAL PARTNERS and Of Counsel at Lubka & White LLP, with a focus on intellectual property and corporate law. Lathrop also has experience as a Board Director for Orca Inventory Inc. and was the owner of their own law practice for 17 years. Lathrop holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BS in Engineering from UCLA.
