James Holt

James Holt is a seasoned Police Lieutenant at the Pasadena (Texas) Police Department, serving since June 1997, with responsibilities that include overseeing the DOT and Crash Reconstruction Teams, as well as engaging in Special Operations, Special Investigations, Patrol, Personnel and Training, and Community Services. Prior to law enforcement, James held various positions in operations at Dow Chemical and worked in sheet metal fabrication at Gage Roofing. James holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Houston-Downtown, as well as completing the FBI National Academy and the Pasadena Police Academy.
