Theresa Pan is a seasoned professional in the architecture field, currently serving as Project Director and Associate at Pascall+Watson since March 2017, leading significant projects such as the Manchester Airport Transformation Programme. Previous experience includes being a Senior Architectural Designer, contributing to the delivery of various RIBA stages for the same airport project. Theresa also worked at Arup Associates, where responsibilities included delivering the RIBA Stage 4 envelope package for the New Doha Tennis Stadium and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Earlier career roles spanned over a decade at Tanner Kibble Denton Architects and included tenure as a sole practitioner focusing on private residential and retail projects, as well as internships and architectural assistantship across different firms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Sydney, along with a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology.
