Many members have held high-level positions at other companies, such as Celadon Group Inc., Heartland Express, Inc., and Gordon Trucking, Inc. Other members have experience in logistics, safety, and recruiting. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from universities such as Indiana University Bloomington, Purdue University, and Southeastern Louisiana University.
