Paul Rasmussen has an extensive background in the trucking industry, starting as a Manager of Owner Operator Recruiting at Interstate Distributor in 1999. Currently, Paul serves as the Senior Vice President of Fleet Development at Paschall Truck Lines, Inc. Prior to this, Paul held positions such as Vice President of Capacity Development at CVTA, Vice President of Recruiting & HR at Arnold Transportation Services, and Director of Recruiting at Forward Air Corporation and CRST International. Additionally, Paul was a Board Member at Turning Leaf Consultants where Paul focused on recruiting. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Paul has a strong understanding of fleet and capacity development.
