Jennifer Newsome has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer started their career in 1993 as a Front Office Manager at McIntosh College Inn, where they successfully implemented an occupancy tracking system. In 1998, they transitioned to the University System of New Hampshire, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant until 2003. After that, Jennifer became the Co-Owner/Manager of Regal Kitchen & Bath, where they played a crucial role in driving monthly revenue and increasing customer referrals. In 2008, they joined PMC Medical Group as the Human Resources Director, overseeing various HR functions and implementing important initiatives such as annual performance appraisals and a custom internal website for compliance education. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller.

Jennifer Newsome earned their Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from McIntosh College, where they attended from 1995 to 1997. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Southern New Hampshire University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
