Ally Panatex, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and human resources operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources and Educator Quality at Pasco County Schools since September 2018, Ally has previously held various roles within Hillsborough County, including Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Analyst. Ally's expertise encompasses recruiting, onboarding, and developing strategic relationships with departments to align with their business needs. Prior experience also includes roles at Hillsborough County Civil Service Office, Kforce, and internships at Florida Hospital and the American Lung Association. Ally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
