Melisa Walguarnery

Melisa Walguarnery is a Senior Program Manager in the Development Services Branch at Pasco County Government. Prior to this role, Melisa was a Performance Development Analyst and a Senior Land Survey CAD Technician in the same department. Before joining the government, Melisa was the Owner of Group 3 Land Surveying, LLC. Melisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability Management from Saint Petersburg College, an Associates in Arts degree from the same college, and is a Certified Program Manager from Florida State University.
