Tara Swanson

Tara Swanson is currently an Administrative Assistant at Pasco County Government since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tara served as a Recruiter at Insurance Administrative Solutions, L.L.C. from January to August 2023, and worked as a Recruiter/HR Specialist at Dutton Law Group for a brief period in late 2022. Tara has extensive experience in human resources, having held the position of HR People Lead at Walmart from May 2020 to September 2022, and previously worked as a Human Resources Assistant at St. Mark Village and as a Recruiting Assistant at PrideStaff. Earlier experience includes roles with Carnival Cruise Line, where Tara was a Senior Fun Squad Host and a Youth Staff Intern. Academically, Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education from the University of South Florida and an Associate's Degree in Education/English from Pasco-Hernando State College.
