Kevin Cunningham, J.D.

Kevin Cunningham, J.D. has extensive work experience in safety and project management. Kevin began their career in 1983 as an Army Veteran in the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, NC. In 1992, they became the Assistant General Counsel at the National Rifle Association. In 1997, they founded and became the Managing Partner of the Cunningham Law Office. In 2006, they served as Safety Director and Project Management at Shelco, Inc., where they were the administrative project manager on a $130 million office project. In 2011, they became the Safety Director at InterCon Building Corporation, where they developed an expanded safety program, instituted regular jobsite inspections, conducted accident & incident investigations, re-wrote the company Safety Manual, and designed a host of administrative forms. In 2013, they became the Safety Director at Choate Construction Company. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Corporate Safety Director at Palmetto Automatic Sprinkler Company, Inc. PASCO.

Kevin Cunningham, J.D. attended the University of Arkansas School of Law from 1989 to 1991, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Arkansas, where they earned a BA in Political Science.
