Ramazan Musayev has extensive experience in the field of internal audit and banking supervision. Ramazan began their career as an Economist at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan in 2006 and later held the role of Senior Specialist/Head of Project Implementation Unit. In this role, they were responsible for managing the implementation of the Azerbaijan Financial Services Development Project and overseeing procurement and reporting functions. Ramazan continued working at the Central Bank until 2016, during which time they also served as a Lead Specialist in the Banking Supervision Department. In 2016, Musayev joined Kapital Bank OJSC as a Senior Internal Auditor and eventually became the Internal Audit Team Leader. Ramazan then moved on to PASHA Management Company in 2022, where they served as the Group Internal Audit Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Internal Audit at PASHA Bank in Georgia.

Ramazan Musayev obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) between the years 2000 and 2004. In 2007, they enrolled at Khazar University where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. It is also worth noting that Ramazan Musayev holds a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
