Shahla Mammadova

Shahla Mammadova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and banking sectors. As a Co-Founder and Member of the Executive Board at FEMMES DIGITALES, Shahla has been actively supporting women in tech since April 2014. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Products in Retail Banking and as an Enterprise Agile Coach at PASHA Bank OJSC since January 2019, Shahla leverages expertise in digital transformation and agile methodologies. Prior experience includes leading the Project Management Department at Cybernet LLC, where Shahla held multiple roles including Project Manager and Business Development Manager from August 2013 to January 2019. Earlier in Shahla's career, positions as Product Manager and Business Analyst at ULTRA TECHNOLOGIES from November 2008 to August 2013 further solidified a strong foundation in product development and analysis.
