Ruslan Babali has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Ruslan started their career at the Ministry of Health in 2010 as a Developer, where they developed web-based applications and report systems. In 2013, they joined the Data Computing Center of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies as a Senior Software Developer, where they played a key role in integrating state bodies and organizations into the "E-Government State Information System" project. Ruslan also developed report systems and dynamic web applications. In 2013, Ruslan briefly worked at AccessBank as a Software Developer. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at the E-Gov Development Center Public Legal Entity as a Senior Software Developer. Currently, Ruslan holds the position of Head of software development at PASHA Insurance OJSC.
