Sergey Saprykin

Sergey Saprykin has a diverse work experience in the fields of Agile transformation, consulting, coaching, and project management. Sergey has held various roles in different companies, including PASHA Insurance, Profitero, Rosselkhozbank, AlfaStrakhovanie, Alfa-Bank, Perfect Music, and Ganze Welt Rus. Throughout their career, Sergey has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving organizational-wide Agile adoption. Sergey has successfully implemented agile methodologies, led team-oriented approaches, and provided strategic process leadership to align goals and enhance cross-functional synergy. Sergey's expertise in Agile transformation and their ability to mitigate risks have contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked with.

Sergey Saprykin completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Modern University for the Humanities in Moscow. Sergey attended this university from 1998 to 2022. During this time, they obtained several certifications, including KMP II: Kanban Management Professional from LeanKanban University in March 2019, Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in April 2020, Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) from Scrum.org in January 2021, Professional Agile Leader I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in January 2021, Certified SAFe 5.1 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2021, and Certified SAFe 5.1 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021.

Sergey is currently pursuing a Master of Business Informatics degree with a focus on Digital Product Management at the Higher School of Economics. Sergey started this program in 2022 and is expected to complete it in 2024.
