Amir Valibayov

Amir Valibayov currently serves as the CEO of "PASHA TECHNOLOGY"​ LLC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Amir Valibayov spent over 22 years at Azercell, holding positions including IT Infrastructure Unit Head, where responsibilities included providing IT infrastructure services for both customers and internal users, as well as serving as DataCom group head and Desktop User Support Engineer. Amir Valibayov holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Technology from the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Institute of Information Technologies, attained between 2004 and 2011, and a Master's degree in the Oil & Gas Industry from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, completed from 1996 to 2003.
