Josh Blinston Jones

Josh Blinston Jones is currently the Head of People at PASKIN, a creative hospitality studio established in 1995. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Recruitment Consultant at The Change Group, focusing on high-end hospitality talent recruitment. Josh also served as an Assistant General Manager at The Pony and Trap/Salt & Malt, where Josh was trained at a Michelin-starred gastropub and helped set up a new restaurant venture. Earlier in their career, Josh worked as a Supervisor at Bath Ales, gaining valuable insight into company diversification and revenue maximization. Josh holds a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management and has a diverse educational background in physics, music, English and American literature, and creative writing.
