Paul Blue

Paul Blue is the President at PMG, providing Executive Program Management services for public owners at airports across the country. Paul previously worked at the City of Phoenix for over 20 years in various roles including Deputy City Manager, Chief of Staff for Mayor Greg Stanton, and Director of Community and Economic Development Department. Paul has a MBA from Arizona State University, as well as a MPA in Urban Studies and a BA in Music.
