R. Clay Paslay

R. Clay Paslay is the CEO & Managing Partner of Paslay Group, the first full-service airport development consultancy. With a background as the Executive Vice President at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, R. Clay oversaw a $2.7B capital development program. Paslay also served as Deputy Executive Director and Director of Airport Development with a strong focus on business and commercial development, as well as planning, design, construction, and fund administration of major airport projects. R. Clay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and has also completed an Executive Education Program in Program Management Development from Harvard Business School.
