Kayo Tokumaru

Kayo Tokumaru has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Kayo currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Pasona N A, Inc., where they also previously served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Recruitment at both Pasona N A, Inc. and Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation. Kayo has also held positions as a Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Supervisor at Pasona NA, Inc., where they conducted behavior-based interviews, prepared candidates for client interviews, and actively marketed candidates and positions. Additionally, Kayo Tokumaru has experience as a Project Leader-Student Intern at P-Style, where they supported Japanese college students in finding internship and career opportunities in the US.

Kayo Tokumaru, SHRM-CP, completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA between the years 2004 and 2006. In addition to their education, they have obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2010 and a membership in the SHRM Executive Network from the SHRM Executive Network in November 2022.
