Derek Kichula

Derek Kichula has extensive work experience in various roles within the biopharmaceutical industry. Derek currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering & General Manager at Passage Bio, where they are responsible for overseeing engineering and general management. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Engineering at the same company. In addition, Derek has worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Head of Cell Therapy MFG Operations and Head of Technical Operations & Development. Derek also has experience as a Process Engineer at both Laureate Biopharmaceutical Services and Gallus BioPharmaceuticals.
