Giselle Dean M.Ed., NCC, currently serves as a School Counselor at Passaic Public Schools since October 2020, following a role as a School Counseling Intern from January 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included individual counseling and classroom guidance for students in grades K-8. Previous experience includes working as a Paraprofessional and one-on-one aide at Bergenfield Board of Education from March 2012 to January 2019, which involved assisting in curriculum development based on students' IEP plans and supporting daily activities. Additionally, Giselle has worked as a Substitute Teacher for grades K-12, developing lesson plans, and served as a Teacher at Together Learning Center Pre-School from March 1998 to August 2009, planning daily curriculum for children with varying developmental needs. Giselle holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from William Paterson University of New Jersey (2016-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government/English Literature from Hunter College.
