Jonathan Souza

Jonathan Souza is a customer success advisor at Passbase. Prior to their current role, they served as the VP of customer success at Finix from July 2020 to March 2021. Jonathan has also held various other customer success-related positions at companies such as First Round Capital, Scoop Technologies, Inc., and Dropbox. Jonathan began their career in 2008 as a management consultant at Capgemini and has since gained experience in implementation management, account management, and strategy consulting.

Jonathan Souza is a graduate of Davidson College where they earned their BA in Political Science.
