Valerie Williams

Valerie Williams is the advisor at Passbase. Valerie has also worked with other companies such as Accord, Almanac, Community.com, Converge Firm, Seed&Spark, Stripe, and Airbnb. As the senior manager of diversity programs at Airbnb, they were responsible for managing the global employee resource group program, external partnerships, coaching executives on developing personal narratives around diversity, consulting product teams on integrating diversity throughout product roadmap, and supporting procurement team on supplier diversity strategy. Valerie has also worked as an executive search research consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Valerie Williams has a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Valerie also has an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in Organizations and Management, Leadership. Valerie also participated in an exchange program at Esade where they earned their MBA.
