Pat Joyce

Patrick Joyce is an experienced executive in the agricultural and livestock sectors, currently serving as CEO of Passel Farms since May 2024. Joyce has been an Advocacy Board Member at Standard Nutrition Company since February 2018, contributing to livestock nutrition efforts. Previously, Joyce held the position of President at both Standard Nutrition Services, LLC and BARNVISTA, LLC, and was President of Ag Property Solutions until its acquisition in 2018. Joyce also served as CEO/CFO at Kerber Milling Company from 2000 to 2018, overseeing a transition from a regional flour mill to a feed product provider. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Accountant/Auditor at Deloitte, providing a strong foundation in financial accounting and operations. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Morningside University.
