Lesly Horton

Lesly Horton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in billing, collections, and customer service. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist at New England Family Dentistry since March 2019, Lesly manages accounts, follows up on outstanding claims, and processes payments. In addition, Lesly has held collections roles at El Harvey & Sons and Philips Life Line, focusing on account management and payment processing. Experience also includes a Customer Service Representative position at Hanover Insurance Company and earlier customer service roles at BayState, Kaztronix, and Kelly Services/Dow Chemical. Lesly’s career in insurance began at Liberty Mutual Insurance where valuable industry experience was gained. Education includes a diploma in Business from Clinton High School.
