Andrea Hayward

Andrea Hayward has a long and varied work experience. Andrea started in 2016 as an Editorial Assistant at Editage, where they worked until 2023. In 2016, they also began working at Cactus Communications, where they held multiple roles, including Community Manager, Senior Associate, Global Community Engagement, Senior Editor, Global Community Engagement, and Associate Writer and Editor, Editage Insights. In 2023, they began working at Passion.io as a Community Manager and Engagement Specialist. During their time at Cactus Communications, they were involved in the setting up and management of R Voice, a digital community of researchers, and drove a community-focused content curation initiative resulting in a collection of 450+ personal stories shared by researchers globally. Andrea also managed official social media accounts of the Editage brand, oversaw the design and typesetting of an impactful report, and developed original educational content for Editage Insights.

Andrea Hayward has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from St. Xavier's College from 2012 to 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from St. Xavier's College from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn, including Building Online Communities (April 2022), Building a Creative Online Community (January 2022), Improving the Value of Your Time (January 2022), and Telling a Story to Build a Community (January 2022).
