Monique van der Walt

Monique van der Walt has worked in the recruitment industry since 2009. Monique began their career at PAG as the Specialization Head for IT Recruitment. In 2012, they joined ICT Recruit as the Operations Director. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the CEO of Blue Label Recruitment. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Recruitment and Sales Manager and Independent Specialist IT Recruitment Consultant at Winterberg Financial Services t/a RecIT. In 2020, they worked as a New Business Development at ProcurementExpress.com - PO App, a Senior Technical Consultant at TalentSource.ie, and a Recruitment and Sales Manager at RecIT - Your Career Compass. Most recently, Monique has been a Senior Talent Partner at both Passion.io and Instant Impact.

Monique van der Walt graduated from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2014 with a Bcom Informatics degree in Information Systems.
