Juan Medrano has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Passionfish Restaurant since March 2021. Prior to this role, Juan held various managerial positions, including General Manager at Punjabi by Nature and multiple management roles at renowned establishments such as El Centro D.F., Zengo Restaurant, and Jaleo Restaurant. Juan began a career in hospitality as a server at Tabla Restaurant and has continuously advanced through roles that emphasize both management and customer service. Juan holds an Associate's Degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College, earned between 2000 and 2005.
