Jess got their start in customer relations at CharlieHR, where they led the customer support team. In this role, Jess was responsible for maintaining the company's NPS, responding to customer inquiries, and growing the company's community.

Before CharlieHR, Jess interned at Phoenix Group in both the HR and corporate communications departments. During their time in HR, Jess worked on a project to improve the company's induction system and researched legal cases involving unfair dismissal. In corporate communications, Jess shadowed the Head of Media Relations and drafted press releases.

Jess's experience in customer relations and communications has helped their excel in their current role at Passionfruit. Jess is dedicated to ensuring that their customers have a positive experience with the company and is always looking for ways to improve their experience.

Jess Noel completed a Master’s Degree in Social Anthropology at The University of Edinburgh. Prior to that, they attended Wycliffe College for their High School education.

They are on a team with Peter Fazekas - Account Executive, Mischa Collins - Marketing Manager, and Eddie Mammy - Sales Operations Associate. Their manager is Raffi Salama, Co-Founder.
