Nick Lane

Nick Lane is an entrepreneur and innovative strategist with extensive experience in building performance and sustainable development. As the founder and managing director of Passive Place since 2016, Nick Lane focuses on impact investing and Passivhaus principles. In addition, Nick serves as the Associate Director at TEH&CO and has held a similar position at Futureye, where responsibilities included leading built environment innovation and strategic development. Nick Lane also contributed to the Victorian Sustainable Development Committee at the Property Council of Australia from 2018 to 2020, showcasing a commitment to sustainability in the built environment. Prior to these roles, Nick founded and managed All Hung Up from 1996 to 2013.
