Thermodynamics Simulation Engineer at PassiveLogic

Bhavik Rathod has four years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Thermodynamics Simulation Engineer for PassiveLogic. In 2021, they worked as an Energy Performance Analyst for Brady Services. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Teaching Assistant for MAE 351: Aerodynamics II at North Carolina State University, a Grader for the undergraduate course of Heat Transfer Fundamentals (MAE310), and a Mechanical Research Engineer. Bhavik's role as Mechanical Research Engineer included preliminary studies and project design for CFD investigation of the hydrodynamic cavitation on sewage sludge, and the identification and design of an experimental setup to handle the treatment of about 30 GPM of sewage sludge with hydrodynamic cavitation. In 2017, they were an Intern for Sane Brothers & Ellora Engineering Engravers.

Bhavik Rathod completed their Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from K.J. Somaiya Polytechnic in 2016. Bhavik then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, which they completed in 2019. Bhavik is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In addition, Bhavik Rathod has obtained certifications from LinkedIn, NCEES and Coursera, including Grasshopper: Generative Design for Architecture, Python Parallel and Concurrent Programming Part 1, Using Python for Automation, FE Mechanical and BIM Application for Engineers.
