Bill Cook

Bill Cook has a strong background in IT project management and technology consulting. Bill started their career as a Senior Software Analyst at Sterling Commerce, where they designed support strategies and managed software releases. Bill then worked at ABS Publishing as the Director of Business Systems & Telecommunications, where they led the development and implementation of the company's IT strategy. After that, they joined Vision Technologies NY as the IT Research Director, where they spearheaded internal operations, managed relationships with carriers, and implemented business process improvements. In 2016, Bill joined mindSHIFT as a Technology Consultant and later became a Pre-Sales Engineer, where they provided technology steering, managed onboarding processes, and trained sales representatives on IT managed services. Most recently, Bill worked at the New York City Fire Department as an IT Project Manager, where they successfully brought a major project back on schedule and provided assistance to the FDNY PMO Leadership. Bill is currently working as a Project Manager at Passport Corporation.

Bill Cook obtained their Associate's Degree in Graphic Arts from Farmingdale State College from 1983 to 1985. Bill then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Molloy University from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, Bill Cook attended Maria Regina DHS, although the duration and field of study are unknown.
