Ashlea Holt

Ashlea Holt has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as the Director of Operations for Act of Mercy Greece, where they oversaw the renovation of a community center and conducted daily programming for children in refugee camps. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing, Distribution, and Regional Management Intern at Zurich North America and as a Branding and Strategy Intern at Palmer Lettering Co. In 2018, they joined Accenture as an Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst and Management Consultant, solving business challenges for clients across multiple industries. In 2020, they worked as a Campaign Manager for Kelly Palmer for Waco City Council, where they orchestrated a cross-functional campaign team and executed a comprehensive voter outreach strategy. In 2021, Ashlea co-founded Alves/Holt and served as the Co-Founder & Principal. In 2022, they worked as a Biz Ops & Strategy Lead at Seer before transitioning to Passport, where they currently hold the roles of BizOps Lead and BizOps Manager.

Ashlea Holt graduated from Baylor University in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and International Business. In January 2019, they obtained a certification in Leading SAFe from Scaled Agile, Inc.
