CARLOS REYES-ROMERO

Carlos Reyes-Romero has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the logistics and shipping industry. Carlos is currently the Director of the International Shipping Program at Passport, a leading international shipping carrier for DTC brands. In 2021, they founded and served as the CEO of Premier Shipping Services LLC. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Defense Technology Equipment from 2020 to 2022. From 2019 to 2020, they held a role in Warehousing Management at Satair. Carlos also has experience in Services Management (Contract) at gategroup from 2018 to 2019 and as the General Manager of Air & Ground Transportation Americas at Landmark Global from 2014 to 2018. Carlos held the position of Vice President of Operations & Logistics at msi - a bpost International company from 2006 to 2015. Carlos started their career in 1992 with Global Mail, where they worked in Warehouse Operations for ten years. Carlos has also held roles such as Database Analyst at Intersections Inc. in 2006 and Operations & Data Fulfillment Services Manager at Deutsche Post Global Mail from 2002 to 2005.

Carlos Reyes-Romero completed their Bachelor of Business Administration with a Specialization in Supply Chain and E-Commerce from Nexford University from 2022 to 2024. In addition, they also obtained several certifications, including Developing Your Influencing Skills from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in June 2022, Excel-Spreadsheet Formulas for Finance from Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in July 2021, Shipping Aviation Industry Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods Certification from Washington Aviation Group, DC in April 2021, QMS ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor from Punyam Academy in March 2021. Carlos also holds a Developing SQL Databases Certificate and a Project Management Support Certificate from Northern Virginia Community College, but the specific dates of obtaining these certifications were not provided.
