Jamal Sledge began their work experience as a Telemarketing Specialist at APAC Teleservices Inc in 2000, where they gained two years of experience in selling AT&T Long Distance Services through cold calling. Jamal then worked as a Data Processing Specialist at Affiliated Computer Services from 2003 to 2005, showcasing exceptional typing skills and completing projects with minimal supervision. In 2005, they joined SSM Health as a Patient Registration Specialist, demonstrating proficiency in managing new admissions, handling insurance plans, and ensuring patient satisfaction. From 2006 to 2009, Jamal worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Comcast, providing clients with guidance and addressing their concerns. At AdvancedChatSolutions, where they worked as a Chat Support Manager for 12 years starting in 2009, they utilized their extensive customer service and technical support experience to save relationships and manage online chats. Currently, Jamal is working as a Customer Experience Associate at Passport since 2022.

Jamal Sledge attended Rend Lake College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Sociology.
