Lauren Williams

Lauren Williams has had a diverse work experience in the field of onboarding. Lauren started their career at Mindbody in 2017, where they initially held the role of an Onboarding Specialist before eventually becoming a Team Lead. In their role as a Senior Onboarding Specialist, they provided one-on-one training to small business owners, helping them implement business management software and deploy mobile apps. Lauren was well-versed in Mindbody, FitMetrix, and Booker software. Lauren then moved on to Verse.io in 2022, assuming the position of a Client Onboarding Coordinator. Most recently, they joined Passport in 2023 as an Onboarding Specialist.

From 2006 to 2010, Lauren Williams attended Widener University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
