Robert Mercado Jr.

Robert Mercado Jr. is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology and instruction. Currently serving as an Installer and Instructor at PassTime since January 2018, Robert guides clients in utilizing GPS systems for tracking vehicles and drivers. As a Software Instructor at Frazer Computing, Robert has been instrumental in implementing software for retail car dealerships while ensuring compliance with relevant laws since January 2011. From January 2001 to April 2014, Robert worked with Go2IT Group, specializing in Dell maintenance and repair, including hardware repairs and network installations. Robert holds three associate degrees in Information Technology from South Texas College and two bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology from The University of Texas-Pan American.
