Our pasta is made only with Italian flour made with 100% Italian grain. Through a specialized milling process, this light yet grainy flour gives our pasta some distinctive qualities: our fresh pasta stays golden-yellow for weeks and has the perfect surface texture that guarantees quality before and after cooking. - Our production maintains the traditional artisan characteristics: quality and craftsmanship in a single product. - Our team is crucial to our success; the well-being of our employees and their families is paramount to our business. - Our mission is sustainable development. Only conscious and sustainable growth can ensure long-term success. FROZEN We craft our pasta, sauces, and lasagna using traditional methods to ensure they are 100% natural with no preservatives, fillers, or artificial ingredients. The products are flash-frozen shortly after being made to preserve their quality and freshness. This process ensures a long shelf life of up to 18 months, and our products maintain excellent quality after defrosting.
