Nicolás Patrone Gadea

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer currently working at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Prior roles include firmware engineering at SMART Technologies, as well as electronics contracting for Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on the design and repair of educational devices. Earlier experience encompasses a teaching assistant position at the University of Calgary, where support was provided in student labs and assessments, and as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, where contributions were made to control systems for forestry harvesters. Chris Nicol holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
