Stefano Cutello has extensive work experience in various roles and domains. Stefano is currently serving as the Managing Director at Missile Consulting, where they are responsible for taking ideas from concept to MVP and implementing go-to-market strategies. Prior to this, Stefano was involved with PastBook, where they held multiple positions including Founder & Board Advisor, Chief Product & Innovation Officer, and Founder & CEO. During their tenure at PastBook, they played a significant role in transforming it from a side project to one of Europe's rapidly growing companies, raising over €2m in funding. Stefano has also been actively involved in mentoring and supporting startups. Stefano served as a Mentor at Founder Institute, providing practical guidance in building successful companies, and as a Mentor at Rockstart Accelerator, sharing their experiences and expertise with selected startups. Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Stefano worked at eBay as a Technical Lead & Product Manager, overseeing the Italian eBay Classified platform and bridging the communication gap between business and tech teams. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at Weblance, a web agency and IT consultancy firm, as the Chief Executive Officer, and at Dada, where they served as the Chief Architect & Head of development. Stefano started their career as a Senior Web Developer at Softeam SpA and Fastweb.
