Andrey Kobrin

Andrey Kobrin has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Andrey currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Pastel Network, which they started in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Eagle Investment Systems LLC (BNY Mellon) as a Senior Product Engineer since February 2001. Andrey also has experience as a Software Engineer at SibGeoInformatics Ltd from December 1997 to October 1999. Andrey began their career at Elekt Ltd as a System Engineer and Software Developer from July 1996 to December 1997.

Andrey Kobrin earned a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and Industrial Electronics from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. Andrey attended the university from 1991 to 1996.
