Debra Love Lpc

Debra Love, MA LPC, has worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at the Pastoral Institute from April 2016 to April 2020. Debra then became the Director of Behavioral Health at the same company starting from April 2020. Prior to that, Debra worked as a Therapist at East Alabama Mental Health from September 2008 to May 2016.

Debra Love, MA LPC, has a strong educational background in counseling and psychology. Debra obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Columbus State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, graduating in 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Debra Love has also obtained several certifications in their field. Debra is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, which they earned from the American Association of Christian Counselors in June 2012. Furthermore, they hold a license as a Licensed Professional Counselor from the State of Georgia, which they obtained in April 2011.
