Kate Jolly is an experienced leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as Chair of Pastoral, a social enterprise focused on mitigating greenhouse gas emissions from livestock farming, and as Founder of RUTHERFORD GLEN LIMITED. Jolly holds multiple chairperson roles, including at Arkema Bostik Pension Trustee Limited and the Cambridge Centre for Applied Research in Human Trafficking, where efforts address human trafficking and modern slavery. Additionally, Jolly is a Director at The Company of Entrepreneurs Trustee Limited and an Advisor for The Entrepreneurs Network, supporting ambitious business owners and connecting them with policymakers. With a significant background as co-founder and CEO of The Briars Group, Jolly's career spans various leadership positions, including past roles at the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and The Guild of Entrepreneurs.
